Book Your Arise & Shine Project Visit
Request an on-site visit for drainage, concrete, hardscapes, landscaping, grading, retaining walls, outdoor living, or commercial and HOA work. We use your property address and ZIP code to assign one of seven service zones and group nearby appointments. Choose a preferred Tuesday–Friday arrival window: 10 AM–12 PM, 12–2 PM, 2–4 PM, or 4–6 PM. Each choice is a two-hour arrival window; we aim to arrive as close to the beginning as possible.
How Appointments Work at Arise & Shine Design
We offer clear, reliable appointment windows so you can plan your day. Appointments are available Tuesday–Friday with two-hour arrival windows of 10–12, 12–2, 2–4, and 4–6. We schedule visits as close to the start of each window as possible and route appointments fifteen to thirty minutes apart. Wednesdays prioritize the 28208–Steele Creek–Lake Wylie–South Gastonia corridor, including Belmont and Cramerton when route-efficient. We generally limit detours to about fifteen minutes; requests outside this corridor may require manual approval.
Scheduling and Confirmation
When you request service, our office will confirm your preferred arrival window and provide a confirmation message with the appointment date and window. We send a reminder the business day before your appointment and will contact you the morning of service if we need to update scheduling. If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible so we can reassign the slot to another customer and keep our crews on time.
Day-of Expectations
On the day of the appointment, your crew will aim to arrive near the start of the selected two-hour window. Crews are dispatched in staggered intervals to maintain efficiency, so arrival may vary by up to fifteen to thirty minutes depending on traffic and prior job progress. If a crew will be delayed beyond the arrival window, we will notify you by phone or text with an updated estimated arrival time.
Preparing the Site
Please make the work area accessible and note gates, parking limits, pets, utilities, drainage conditions, access codes, or other site constraints. Move vehicles or loose items when they block the area we need to inspect.
Photos, Notes, and Faster Planning
Detailed notes, rough measurements, and clear photos help us prepare. After your request is received, our team may ask you to send photos by text or email before confirming the visit.
Request an Appointment
Complete the form below to request a preferred date and two-hour arrival window. Your request is not confirmed until Arise & Shine Design reviews the service zone, route, and existing calendar availability. We will contact you to approve the appointment or offer the closest practical alternative. During your on-site consultation, we may take property photos and develop visual design ideas to explain our recommendations. Reviewing the design during the consultation is included. If you want to receive or retain a copy of the completed visual design, a $500 design-retainer fee applies. If Arise & Shine Design is hired for the proposed project, the full $500 will be credited toward the project cost. Visual designs remain the property of Arise & Shine Design until the fee is paid.
